TERMS OF USE
Terms
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 26, 2026
Morsel is made by Twelve Ten, LLC. These terms explain how the iPhone app is licensed to you and how Morsel Pro is bought, renewed, canceled and restored. This website is free to use, needs no account and never sells anything.
THE LICENSE
The Morsel app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), which is the agreement between you and Twelve Ten, LLC for the app. Where this page adds detail about Morsel Pro, it sits alongside the Standard EULA and doesn’t replace it. How Morsel handles information is described in the privacy policy.
WHAT IS FREE
Downloading Morsel is free. Lesson 1, which teaches S and O and ends with SOS, is free and stays free to replay, with the settings and accessibility features that go with it. Once you pass Lesson 1, the Signal Quiz on the letters is free too.
MORSEL PRO
Morsel Pro unlocks the rest of the course, review, the practice set, the SEND, HEAR, FREE and CHART modes, and the Signal Quiz's numbers, signs and keying questions. It comes in up to four plans:
- Weekly, Monthly and Annual: auto-renewing subscriptions in one subscription group, billed each week, month or year. A plan may include a free trial.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that does not renew.
Not every plan is offered at every time. The plans, prices, billing periods and any free trial available to you are shown in the app, as provided by the App Store for your country, and on Apple’s confirmation sheet before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RENEWAL
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered and you take it, the subscription starts and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- If Apple can’t collect a renewal, Morsel Pro stays on while Apple retries the payment. Update your payment method with Apple to keep it.
- If a price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where the law or Apple’s rules require it, asks for your consent before the new price applies.
FREE TRIALS
While a free trial is running, Settings › Morsel Pro shows its status: the date and time the trial ends, and the time to cancel by, which is 24 hours before the end. Both come from the App Store. Cancel or change plan there opens Apple’s own subscription sheet. If you cancel during a trial, Morsel Pro stays on until the trial ends and nothing is charged. There is no survey or offer to get through first.
If you allow notifications, Morsel sends one reminder before the trial ends, timed so there is still time to cancel. Once the 24-hour window has started, Apple may already have processed the renewal, and turning renewal off then stops the next period rather than that charge. Morsel says so in Settings › Morsel Pro.
MANAGING AND CANCELING
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel at any time: choose Cancel or change plan in Settings › Morsel Pro, or open your iPhone’s Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions and choose Morsel. Canceling stops the next renewal; Morsel Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Canceling is never treated as an error in Morsel, and nothing you learned is taken away.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
RESTORE
Morsel Pro belongs to the Apple Account that bought it. To use it on another iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Settings › Morsel Pro and choose Restore purchases, or press RESTORE on the Morsel Pro screen. Restore is always available and never charges you.
OFFER CODES
We may give out offer codes for Morsel Pro. Redeem one in Settings › Morsel Pro › Redeem code, or in the App Store under your account picture. An offer code is subject to the terms shown when you redeem it and to Apple’s terms; it can’t be exchanged for cash. If an offer starts a subscription, it renews as above when the offer ends unless you cancel.
USING MORSEL
Morsel is for learning and practicing Morse code. It is not an emergency signaling device and must not be relied on to call for help; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Use the torch and screen light features considerately, and never in a way that could dazzle drivers, pilots or others.
THIS WEBSITE
You may use this website and its practice keys for personal learning. Please use it lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it or get around its security. Morsel’s name, design, artwork and lesson content belong to Twelve Ten, LLC and aren’t licensed for reuse.
THE LAW, AND QUESTIONS
Nothing here limits rights you have under the laws of your country that can’t be waived. If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Questions are welcome at support@morseltrainer.com.
